Ryan is 10 months!

Here is a look at our little Ry-Roo at 10 months:

Likes: Food, always food.  Pretty much anything is met with equal enthusiasm, although quinoa sort of threw him for a loop - too many little particles in his mouth, I think.  Speedy crawling, finding the one thing in the room you wish he wouldn't get into, Laura doing silly things, string cheese, chasing after balls in the basement.

Dislikes: Waiting for food to be prepared and/or served, getting his face wiped up, lying down for diaper changes.  Starting to get a little nervous around unfamiliar men.

New tricks: Standing up in bed!  Stair climbing!  Pulling up on furniture!  Awesome if you're the baby, nerve-wracking if you're the parents.  Someone pretty much has to be on Ryan Patrol all the time, since he is physically all over the place and seems to think there is nothing he can't do.  He is also figuring out how to drink out of a sippy cup and knows clapping and waving but applies them interchangeably.
